About the role- Ensure and provide leadership of the highest quality from design and delivery of electrical solar cables throughout the project life cycle.- Lead discussion and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.- Propose and help build innovative products for the industry- Lead from example and be hands on and instrumental in the future growth of the business
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria:- Multiple years’ experience in a similar role working with solar projects - You will be a self-starter that has the ability to work autonomously and not be afraid to roll up your sleeves- Relevant degree education along with electrical engineering experience - You will be a strong communicator and team player. - Have own means of transport as location not accessible by public transport- An Australian citizen / Resident with full work rights.- A motivated team player- Positive & enthusiastic attitude

Wire Harnessing / Assembler (Solar Cable)
About the roleA fantastic opportunity has arisen within the company for an experienced Cable assembler to join the team on an ongoing basis.
You will be responsible for:- Maintaining the Cable Assembly workshop- Maintaining the warehouse & Inventory- Understanding of semi-automated Cable Harness / Drum handing machines- Assembling wire harnesses, cable looms- Assembling electrical products and cables- Ability to interpret drawings and instructions- Handling the Cable cutting, stripping, crimping & other tools- Preparing DC Solar Cable Harness according to the required design
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria:- Demonstrated expertise in the assembly of wire harnesses and cable looms- Experience with Solar Cables harnesses- Qualification / Degree / Certification in electrical/electronics- Ability to interpret wiring and equipment layout drawings and instructions- Ability to deliver work of a high standard, within specified time frames and under minimal supervision- Physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks, OH&S aware and committed to follow quality and safety procedures and work instructions- Dependable, reliable, strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively- Ability to communicate clearly, take & follow directions and be proactive in the workplace- Have own means of transport as location not accessible by public transport- An Australian citizen / Resident with full work rights.- Forklift license would be an added advantage- A motivated team player- Positive & enthusiastic attitude
